The Interval Timer is a workout interval timer (HIIT timer, Stopwatch & Countdown) designed to enhance your daily fitness training at home, the gym, and elsewhere. With its simple and user-friendly interface, this timer is suitable for a variety of time-dependent activities such as fitness interval training (HIIT/Tabata), interval running (jogging), boxing, circuit training, meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga.

Using this timer, you can easily configure exercises with preparation time, work time, rest time, and the number of repetitions. Additionally, you have the freedom to create custom intervals and group multiple exercises together as a plan. The timer also allows you to save, load, and edit your workouts, as well as share them with friends. With the workout statistics feature, you can track your progress and stay motivated during high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions.

For greater convenience, the Interval Timer provides a detailed history and statistics page, allowing you to easily monitor your progress over time. If you want to repeat a previous workout, simply access it from your workout history instead of setting it up again.
